Silverhawk Assault (Sharpshooter) skill

Skill can be used while using another skill. When using skill, consumes all Hawk Meter. Does not summon Silverhawk, instead immediately flies in the direction of the target location, inflicting Atk. Power Damage and sends foes flying.
