Osh (Summoner) skill

Summon the Ancient Elemental Osh at the target location within 12 meters to attack foes with its stomp. The stomp inflicts Atk. Power Damage to foes at the center of impact and Atk. Power [Earth] to those near the periphery and slams them onto the ground.
