Vernilaya

A popular dish made of poultry, meat, seafood, and rich spices. Vegetables, meat, and rice are fried with spices, then added to meat stock and boiled. Finally, roasted or steamed seafood is added. The dish truly creates a harmony between the ingredients. It is an iconic dish of Vern, a land considered to be a melting pot of cultures.
