Under Ear Patch item

An excellent medicine for motion sickness. It is a must for sages who suffer symptoms while climbing up and down the 123-story Sage's Tower. This item is conveniently attached beneath the ear. It also prevents seasickness and is the best-selling product in Taio's general store. (The Medical Affairs Institute certification mark is on it.) Right-click to add to the Adventurer's Tome.

It drops from Elemental Cosimona, Elemental Tumeira, and Advanced Homunculus Nahita.
