Stern Scrap Iron

An item used to increase Rapport with NPCs. A piece of scrap metal processed in Stern. Though not as hard as the steel from Yorn which is every blacksmith's dream, its strength lies instead in reasonable pricing made possible through mass production in Stern. <$NPC_NAME_HIDE 18031/> and <$NPC_NAME_HIDE 18266/> would love this.
