There aren't many who are able to clean and gut it, but when properly blanched, it boasts a heavenly texture and taste. The secret to maintaining a great texture is to pour plenty of over-distilled Voldisian Spirits into the blanching water. It is a key ingredient for Squid Sausage Platter.
