Ripe Durinut

A fruit known for its tough, stone-shattering skin and odd, pointed shape. It is theorized that this fruit evolved thorns and its imposing point in order to protect it from birds with strong beaks. You can use a sturdy tool to crack open a ripe durinut to reach the fruit's pale yellow flesh and clear sap. Unlike the outer skin, the pulp has a soft texture that melts in your mouth, so many find that they may love it or hate it.
