An item used to increase Rapport with NPCs. The records of a necromancer who wanted to defy the natural laws of Arkesia and conquer death. Someone in South Vern wanted to delve into their knowledge and call together the necromancers to learn the secrets of immortality, but knew that the results must be kept secret lest they reach beings that should remain ignorant.
