Eel Caviar Salad

The most extravagant dish available in Feiton. Roe from mature eels has been salted and aged into this soft-textured paste with a heavenly aroma. The eel caviar, even though it's extremely rare and difficult to preserve, is highly praised for its exceptional taste. Feiton's Delains only eat it on special occasions and sell most of it to the Holy Sacrian Empire, in which it's sold to the highest bidder.
