When the adventure begins, you'll encounter many people and stories. Follow your fate at Prideholme, where adventure awaits.

Varut has prepared a mount which will accompany you in your adventures. First, complete the Main Quest and go to Brother Alfael at Prideholme and activate the mount Varut has prepared for you. After you activate the mount, you can call the Mount Menu with [Alt + ,] or register the mount in the Quickslot to ride.

Learn the basics of adventure in Prideholme! Some of the NPCs you run across during your journey will give you useful tips and teach you how to use different tools. Talk to the residents of Prideholme and collect as much information as you can. Adventure Tip - During a quest, use the View Location button to conveniently see the destination.

Your adventure will lead you to various places. Talk to Bard Siera and leave for Loghill next to Prideholme.

Whenever the character's Combat Lv. increases, a skill point which can level up the skill and upgrade the ability is earned. The skill point can be used through [K] or the bottom right quick menu [Character]>[Skill]. Skills level 4 or higher can be changed into special forms and upgraded via Skill Tree Edit, Skill Lv. and Skill Tree settings can be edited and saved with the + or - button on the bottom of the skill's level.

Get Roster Rewards! Press [O] or click on [Roster] > [Roster Information] in the quick menu at the bottom of the screen to see your Roster Level status and claim the rewards you have unlocked. You can increase your Roster Level through various adventures, including clearing dungeons, completing quests, unlocking Adventurer's Tome achievements, and gaining collectible points.

If you receive Damage during battle, use an HP Potion. The HP Potion is registered in the F1 key by default for convenient use. If needed, it can be registered in the Quickslot as well.

You may encounter events in the dungeons during your adventure. Important Dungeons that you will inevitably encounter during your adventure are marked on the map with a quest mark, and have a special mark near the entrance.

Triport activation will enable faster and more convenient adventures. A Triport that's been activated at least once can be used instantly in the Overlay Map with [Alt+click], or by checking the quest location with the View Location button. Click on the Triport to use it.

Sometimes your adventure turns in an unexpected direction. There might be a terrifying mastermind behind the Graverobbers at Loghill. You must stop the Graverobbers before they bring even bigger disaster. Adventure Tip - Equippable Items which have a blue arrow mark means it is better than the currently equipped gear.

You can give gifts or play an instrument to certain NPCs whom you will meet in your adventures. Neria in Prideholme is one of the NPCs that you can build Rapport with. If your Rapport with them reaches a certain level, you will be rewarded with various items. To view the list of NPCs you can build Rapport with, open the Rapport menu by pressing [Alt + N] or by clicking on [Adventure] > [Rapport].

Carry out Rapport Quests to earn Rapport Points! If your Rapport with an NPC reaches a certain level, they will occasionally start asking you for favors. Carry out the quests they give you to further increase Rapport Level. Increasing their Rapport Level will earn you special rewards.

Carry out Guide Quests and obtain a pet as a reward! You can click the guide button on the screen, press [J] or click on [Adventure] > [Quest Journal] to open the Quest Journal window and select the Guide tab to accept Guide Quests. You can accept [Guide] Learning About Pets in Prideholme, Luterra Castle, or Vern Castle after completing the Demons in Prideholme quest in Prideholme.

Cards cannot be used until you add them to the Card Catalog by right-clicking on them in the Inventory [I].

Complete the Guide Quest "[Guide] Engraving, Select and Become Stronger" and try using the Engraving function! Engraving grants powerful combat abilities to the character. You can obtain Engraving Recipes needed for Engraving through quests and various content. Using the Engraving Recipe will activate the Engraving Effect which increases the Power Node Point and can be equipped onto the character. For every 5 Power Node Points applied, a special effect is granted to the character. For every 20 Engraving Recipes used, an Engraving Effect is unlocked and a usable Engraving Recipe's level increases. Hotkey [Alt+I] or [Quick Menu] > [Roster] > [Engraving Effect] allows for applying the Engraving Power Node Point to the character via the Engraving Effect screen.

Learn how to Stagger your foes! Powerful foes like Guardians have a Stagger Gauge. When their Stagger Gauge is exhausted, they will become incapacitated, leaving themselves open to powerful attacks. Visit the Training Room by clicking on [Guide] > [Training Room] in the quick menu at the bottom right corner of the screen and learn how to cause Stagger. In the Training Room, you will be able to learn various combat techniques in addition to using Battle Items.

Let the world know your strength in the Proving Grounds. The Proving Grounds is the pinnacle of PVP in Lost Ark, where you can put your skills to the test against other adventurers. You can queue for a Proving Grounds match at the Proving Grounds Entry Board in the city.

Complete Una's Tasks and gain 25 Una's Task Points! Press [Alt + J] or click on [Adventure] > [Una's Tasks] in the quick menu to open the Una's Tasks window. New Una's Tasks will get added as you progress through the various continents and islands in Arkesia during your adventure. By completing Una's Tasks you can earn Una's Task Points and obtain Una's Tokens. These can be traded for valuable items at the merchants in cities.

Try and upgrade your Estoque! After acquiring the materials needed to upgrade the ship, you can level up your ships in Docking Mode. The higher the level of a ship, the faster it travels, and the more resistant it becomes against Hazardous Waters.
