Counterstrike Pyre stacks up to 20 times. Counterstrike Pyre is consumed when using Inferno Burst or when Incarnation Mode ends. Normal Skill and Incarnation Skill Cooldown -0.7s per stack (excluding Soul Divide and Inferno Burst). After using Inferno Burst, you can no longer gain Counterstrike Pyre stacks until Incarnation Mode ends.
