**Hidden Story**: Origins of Stern

- [The Answer to the Agony](https://lostark.wiki/map/origins-of-stern-10401/the-answer-to-the-agony)

## Clue

People were talking about Administrator Bastian at the Hall of Transcendence.

"Bastian is the best example of evolution that we, Arthetineans, strive to achieve."

## Story

When I handed Bastian the report on the experiment, he responded with an expressionless face, as always.

"This is a report on Project T, the one that Dr. Serbes and Bergstrom led. Does it surprise you to know that I was this project's test subject? It saved my life, but de-aged me a great deal. What do you see when you see me? An adult? Or a kid?"

As I struggled to come up with an answer, Bastian snickered.

"Avoiding awkward questions! I do believe you have a career in politics ahead of you."
