The Greatest Evolution Form location (Origins of Stern)

Clue

People were talking about Administrator Bastian at the Hall of Transcendence. "Bastian is the best example of evolution that we, Arthetineans, strive to achieve."

Story

When I handed Bastian the report on the experiment, he responded with an expressionless face, as always. "This is a report on Project T, the one that Dr. Serbes and Bergstrom led. Does it surprise you to know that I was this project's test subject? It saved my life, but de-aged me a great deal. What do you see when you see me? An adult? Or a kid?" As I struggled to come up with an answer, Bastian snickered. "Avoiding awkward questions! I do believe you have a career in politics ahead of you."
