How to Train a Faithful Knight location (Fang River)

Clue

"Sacria's orphans are taken in by the Church's monastery and raised as holy knights. Although they only numbered in the dozens at the start, they have now grown to hundreds, perhaps even thousands. They are strictly educated about the Church's doctrine from the moment they can walk until they become an adult." Father Davinio began to speak cautiously inside Eliyabeck's only cathedral.

Story

"The Order educates children in various ways. They are willing to use whatever means necessary. Once their education is complete, they become dedicated servants of the Light." With a somber look, Father Davinio spoke while looking at Osphere's journal. "Although they are aware of these wrongdoings, the Order said it is inevitable for the sake of Sacria's future. Divine Knights are devout servants of the Light, as well as guardians who faithfully carry out orders. But at their core, they are merciless weapons that blindly obey the commands of the Order. I am afraid of the Order... no, of the future the Twilight is preparing for. I wonder what kind of future awaits, that requires so many Divine Knights."
