Unforgettable Item

Clue

"Wait, that person is a Yoz? I just thought they were a bit short." "Oh, come on. I'm telling you, I'm right." "I thought they only lived in Rimeria." "I told you, there are Yoz living in Pleccia, too. Some Yoz landed here in Kurzan on a ship from House Vediche!" "..." "If you don't believe me... Fine, why don't you ask 'em yourself? Hey!" The soldiers transporting supplies at the Abidos Garrison approached the Yoz and engaged them in conversation. The Yoz eagerly began answering their questions, not noticing the important envelope that fell from the box they were carrying.

Story

"Hey, you're not allowed to look at this! I was so curious I couldn't help but peek, too, though." The Yoz muttered sheepishly, quickly grabbing the letters, drawings, and envelope. "Zakra did nothing but stare at these drawings and letters on the ship coming here." "..." "You know... Perhaps the only thing that can truly console someone left behind is another person with the same memories. Another who has been left behind." With a deep sigh, the Yoz carefully put the drawings and letters back into the envelope. "We'll come to know that feeling, too, won't we?" "..." "This is a battlefield." The words, added like an excuse, sounded somehow bitter.
