How to read the Lost Ark ranking boards by region

Lost Ark publishes ranking boards per region. Character rankings lists the boards whose names the game gives in every language, Reverse Ruin, Catastrophe and Paradise, and opens each for any of the five regions.

One board, one region, one page of ten

Each board page shows ten characters in the order the game publishes: rank, character, class, item level and score. The next and previous links go to the next and previous page, and every page has its own address, so a link opens the same page of the same board in the same region. Page 1 has one address, the board address without a page number.

Sampled boards say so

A board that the service reports as a sample carries a notice that it lists some characters, not every character of the region. A sampled board is never presented as the full ranking.

From a row to a character

Every character name is a link to Character lookup for that region, and every class is a link to its class page. If the ranking service cannot be reached, the board shows nothing and offers a retry rather than an empty table.
