Ebony Cube tickets: run them or exchange them for keys
An Ebony Cube ticket can enter its Cube run, or several tickets can be exchanged for a Hell Key of Destiny II. Each exchange can be bought once a week, so the tickets you keep for runs depend on which exchanges you take. The Ebony Cube reward comparison lists every combination your tickets allow and what each one guarantees for the reward you pick.
The tickets and their exchanges
Choose a ticket on the left, enter how many you own and mark the exchanges you already bought this week. The worked ticket here is Entrance Ticket: Ebony Cube [1st Unlock]. Three exchanges accept it. They cost 5, 3 and 2 tickets and each gives one key: grade 4, grade 3 and grade 2. All three share the name Hell Key of Destiny II, so the page marks them by their item grade and by their cost.

Five tickets, five options
With five tickets and none of the weekly exchanges used, five combinations are possible:
| Exchange | Tickets spent | Tickets left | Runs the left tickets pay for |
|---|---|---|---|
| One grade 4 key | 5 | 0 | 0 |
| One grade 3 key and one grade 2 key | 5 | 0 | 0 |
| One grade 3 key | 3 | 2 | 2 |
| One grade 2 key | 2 | 3 | 3 |
| Keep every ticket | 0 | 5 | 5 |
Aiming for the grade 4 key, only the first row guarantees one, and it uses every ticket. Mark an exchange as already bought and the options that need it disappear. When all three are used, only keeping the tickets remains.
What a run is worth
A run costs one ticket and needs character level 50, item level 1640 and one to four players. The reward chests of a run are known, but their chances and the bonus rooms are not, so the page lists what a run can drop without giving it a chance or an expected amount. The numbers above are conditional on your account being allowed to buy each exchange.
