- 1 **Chill**: On hit, the foe's Atk. Speed -28.8% and Move Speed -57.6% for 4s.
- 2 **Enlightenment**: On hit, Specialty Meter gains +45%.
- 3 **Agile Cast**: Casting Speed +36%.
- 4 **Enhanced Strike**: Damage to foes +60%.
- 5 **Wide-Angle Attack**: AoE Radius +20%.
- 6 **Tenacity**: During skill use, grants Push Immunity.
- 7 **Frost Fragment**: Cooldown +5s but attacks now form Frost Shards that explode after 1s to freeze foes for 3s. All Damage +58.6%.
