There is a special acorn that can only be found in Rimeria. The squirrels living along Yan's Path dig burrows to hide their acorns, and those left underground for a long time in the ideal humidity become this unique variety.

This acorn, infused with the earth's rich energy, can produce incredible umami flavor when cooked properly.

Smoked over oak charcoal, acorns are transformed into noodles and coated with a savory sauce made from aromatic mushrooms. The unique and exquisite flavor is said to be unforgettable after just one taste.
