When using skills (excluding Movement Skills and Basic Attack), MP Recovery +2.4% for 10s. Stacks up to 10 times. When max stacks are reached, Skill Cooldown -8%. If this effect has Cooldown Reduction due to skill cancel, it is applied after the end of the skill.
